Who We Are

Good Air Heating & Cooling was founded because we were frustrated with the way HVAC was being done. Too many middlemen, too many upsells, and not enough straight talk. We set out to build something different.

Owner Lane Goucher started his HVAC career in construction in Seattle, working under his uncle’s mentorship. After moving to Kansas City and earning his EPA certification, he saw a gap: homeowners and small businesses needed an HVAC company they could actually trust.

So Good Air was born. No loans, no investors. Just a commitment to showing up, doing the work right, and being honest about what your system needs. We communicate directly, explain what we find, and let you make the call.
